Due to the Coronavirus, toy donations are down this year. So, the Borough of Canonsburg and James Roman, along with other officials in Canonsburg, are doing a “drive-by” toy collection event.
Simply purchase a new, unwrapped toy and bring it to the Borough Building on Saturday, November 21st between 10:00 AM and Noon.
Tents, collection boxes and volunteers will be in the parking lot so you can simply drive by and drop off your toy donation without even getting out of your car.

Annual Leaf Pickup

Annual leaf pickup dates will be Wednesday, November 11, 2020 and Wednesday November, 25th, 2020.

All leaves must be placed in paper bags (plastic bags will not be accepted) and placed on the curb in the morning.

Now Hiring: Crossing Guard

The Borough of Canonsburg is looking to fill two crossing guard positions:


Three hours a day (1.5 hours in the morning, 1.5 hours in the afternoon), work days scheduled based on Canon McMillan school district calendar.
Must obtain all of the proper clearances to work with children.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Job Type: Part-time, seasonal
Pay: $12.50 per hour

One crossing guard needed at the corner of Greenside Avenue/East College Street and one needed at South Central Avenue.
