Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is a 5 member Board whose primary function is to review matters pertaining to subdivisions, land development, zoning revisions, amendments to the zoning and land development ordinances, and updates to the Borough's Comprehensive Plan.
Sewer Authority
The Canonsburg-Houston Joint Sewer Authority provides sanitary sewer services to commercial and residential users.
Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board is a 4 member Board that is empowered to rule on various provisions of the Borough's zoning ordinance. Decisions are rendered on public appeals involving requests for special exceptions, variances and zoning interpretations.
