When applying for a sewer tap, two permits are required:
1. Canonsburg-Houston Joint Sewer Authority (CHJSA) Application:
- Contact CHJSA office at 724 514-6811 or admin [at] chjawwtp.com for an application
- Once approved continue to Step 2:
2. Borough of Canonsburg Sewer Tap Application:
- Online application located to the left
- Printable application located below
